Refunds All of our training materials come with a 14-day money back guarantee. A request should be made within 14 days of enrolment and addressed to Bachata Passion’s office in writing at which point we will refund the course fees minus an administration charge of €10. Should this 14-day period have expired we, Bachata Passion, have no obligation to return any money paid for course materials or cancel any instalment packages. Should a student have accessed over 50% of the online classes provided in the course, or made any of the quizzes in the course then a refund is not available and Bachata Passion reserves the right to refuse a refund in this case even within the 14 day refund period. The products or services available on our site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the site and in our advertising on other web sites. Delivery When paying for course materials in full customers will receive log in details to access their training materials immediately after purchase. Customers paying by instalments are given their log in details within 2 days of first instalment being received. Bachata Passion confirms that should any updates on course materials be necessary, these will be of the same high standard as the original course material. Within 48 hours of accessing course materials, any efficiencies or inaccuracies should be reported to Bachata Passion immediately. Complaints involving inaccuracies will not be accepted after this time. Should Bachata Passion be unable to provide training materials and support after purchase, a full refund will be given. Courses It is the responsibility of the customer to be compliant with any course entry requirements. It is imperative that customers understand the requirement to prove the level of proficiency necessary to pass the course. Should a customer not be deemed of sufficient standard to meet the necessary criteria, Bachata Passion accepts no liability for failure of the course.
